Summertime Fountain

Summertime Fountain

The mystery and fascination of water is something that John felt as a child and has carried ever since.

During Sacajawea's trek with Lewis and Clark, history records many of the dramatic occurrences, but John chose to record one of the subtle private moments that are meaningful in a child's growth. Thus, the Summertime fountain portrays motherhood at its best, the superb blend of business and pleasure - making bath time fun time.

Years before the invention of rubber duckies, streams of water from an abalone shell sufficed to intrigue and captivate a child's wonder and strengthen the parent/child bond.
