The Thinker

With the bronze "The Thinker," I revisited Strider, (from the earlier bronze "Dreamcatcher and Lord of the Rings,") after he grew up. Jim and Vada of the Kiva Kennel commissioned this piece, and the first casting went to them. I was moved to sculpt a quiet contemplative bust, showing subtle emotion, with a more classical patina.
